Jason Koch

Jason joins 3TEN Surveying as the CAD Manager and Omaha Office Manager, overseeing all CAD projects and managing the Omaha office. Jason brings a wealth of experience to 3TEN having spent 23 years at HGM Associates in Omaha where he started his career. Jason will be a vital part of 3TEN handling the processing of survey field data, lot design and layouts, and quality control.

Jason found his passion for drafting in surveying and engineering after taking a class in high school and pursued that passion by attending Iowa Western Community College in Council BLuffs, IA, graduating with an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Engineering. As an Engineering Technician with HGM Associates in Omaha, NE, Jason’s focus was on civil design and planning. His clients included both Iowa and Nebraska’s Departments of Transportation, municipal and county planning departments as well as private sector corporations. Jason specialized in preparing designs and layouts for bridges, roads, highways and processing data for land surveying projects. 3TEN is fortunate to have Jason’s expertise and skill to serve its clients.

Jeremy Lichtenberg and Jason have been friends for many years and share similar interests including cooking, off-roading, and the Kansas City Chiefs. When asked to consider joining the 3Ten team, the answer for Jason was easy. Jason shares 3TEN’s commitment to create a quality product and provide the highest levels of customer service to their clients.

That commitment to integrity and excellence is a driving factor for both Jason and Jeremy. Jason and his wife Jessica have been married for almost 25 years and have two sons, Jackson and Nathan. WIth both sons currently in college, Jason has more free time to do the things he loves; shooting sports, hunting, cooking and smoking meats. Jason and his family love to travel, but are best known for hosting friends and family in their home, likely with something tasty Jason has whipped up.
